Pre-K Bible Curriculum

Overview

This Bible lessons are designed to help Pre-K children understand all the big stories of the Bible and how they point us to Jesus.

Lesson Design

For each lesson, there is a lesson, a resources file, and a coloring page (see note on coloring pages below)

The lessons are written in script format and are designed to be read by a teacher while the presentation file is displayed on a TV/projector in the front of the teaching area. For each lesson, there is a printable Story Note sheet for the students to fill out during the lesson.

Lesson Elements

Each lesson provides the following elements.

Since these lessons are designed for Pre-K, these elements can be arranaged between other necessary Pre-K activities (snack, bathroom time, play breaks, etc.)

What Bible You'll Need

This curriculum is designed to be used with "The Beginner's Bible Storybook." While the lessons I'm providing are free, you'll need to purchase your own copy of this Bible in order to use these lessons. Each lesson is based on one of the stories in this particular Bible. You'll be given the title and page number that corresponds to the matching story in this Bible.

The Beginner's Bible Storybook can be purchased here or by clicking the picture above.

Curriculum Files

For each session, there is a lesson, a resources file, and a coloring page.

Lesson Files

The lesson file contains everything you need to know to run the various activities and explain the day's Bible story.

Resource Files

Each resource file contains anything you'll need to print to go with the day's lesson.

Coloring Pages

I've created take-home coloring pages for each of the lessons. They are from the "Big Book of Coloring Pages with Bible Stories for Kids of All Ages," which features coloring pages that are free-to-reproduce if you've purchased the book. The coloring pages I've made for this curriculum have been slightly modified to add lesson titles, as well as the day's Memory Verse, and review questions on the back.

I'm not making these custom coloring pages publically available on this site since only the original purchaser has the right to reproduce them. However, if you email me (andy.doane@npbc.us) with proof that you've purchased the above book, I can share what I have with you.
